New client registration procedure includes two stages. First stage - preliminary self-registration in Java applet "Registrator". Second stage - final registration when visiting a bank.
- Stage 1. Preliminary registration in Java applet "Registrator" contains a number of successive steps. User must enter contact details, numbers of banking accounts and cards. Next there goes generation of a client's EDS key pair. EDS public key and all entered information via protected connection are forwarded to Bank Server. Then user enters his password and saves EDS secret key in Keys Store (in file on floppy disk). Last step of preliminary registration - User prints Certificate of his EDS public key and signs it. Hereon the first stage is completed.
- Stage 1. For final registration user should personally visit a bank and produce printed and attested at the first stage client's EDS public key Certificate to the bank Administrator. No floppy disks are required! Administrator finds all previously entered information in the system, checks it against bankcard. If everything is correct, Administrator makes final registration of the client. That's all. Registration is completed.
